Mr. Bharat Trivedi, as the Managing Director of Kutir Group, is instrumental in shaping the company's direction and growth. He oversees the acquisition of land for development across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) through both outright purchases and joint development models. His responsibilities also include managing all types of redevelopment proposals, encompassing private societies, MHADA Societies, Cess Properties, and SRA Layouts.

With over 10 years of diversified experience, Mr. Trivedi is actively involved in business development, project negotiation, marketing, and both short-term and long-term business planning. His focused activity, motivation, and foresight in consultancy and construction are key in turning every project into a landmark. He is dedicated to providing consultancy, development, and construction services for housing societies and tenanted residents of old buildings.

CA Sanjay Kothari, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, plays a pivotal role in strengthening Kutir Group's financial and compliance framework and Fund Rasining for Complex Projects With a wealth of expertise in statutory audits, assurance services, and financial reporting, he brings unparalleled value to the group's mission of delivering excellence in real estate development and redevelopment projects.
Mr. Kothari's extensive experience includes leading complex audits for listed companies and managing assurance services across diverse industries such as logistics, services, and real estate. His proficiency in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and corporate financial consulting ensures that Kutir Group operates with integrity and precision in all financial and regulatory aspects.

Adding to his accomplishments, Mr. Kothari has specialized experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Schedule of Operations, Schedule of Investments, Statement of Changes in Net Assets, Statement of Cash Flows. Harshal Trivedi represents the new generation of leadership at Kutir Group, combining academic excellence, legal expertise, and strategic vision with a deep passion for real estate. A graduate in Economics (B.Com) and an MBA in Real Estate Management from NMIMS (2023), Harshal is also pursuing an LLB to strengthen his knowledge of property law, redevelopment regulations, and compliance—making him a well-rounded professional in every dimension of real estate.
Early in his career, Harshal had the privilege of working under Dr. Adv. Harshul Savla (MRICS) on the book ERA POST RERA and Developer Funding Options, gaining rare insights into post-RERA regulations and funding mechanisms that shape the industry today. This foundation has enabled him to approach projects with clarity, compliance, and financial precision.

At Kutir Group, Harshal plays a pivotal role as Business Development Head. His responsibilities span across land acquisition, redevelopment strategy, commercial negotiations, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. He leads the due diligence process for all new projects, evaluating their technical, legal, and commercial viability, and presenting comprehensive SWOT analyses and risk assessments to guide the company’s strategic decisions.

Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of growth strategies and marketing campaigns for the organization. His role involves the development, implementation, and reinforcement of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to promote the company and its various real estate projects.
